Remote Support Brings Freedom
At KingIT, I understand the importance of supporting small businesses so they can function optimally, day in and day out. When you have IT problems slowing you down, it can be hard to run a business effectively.
I work exclusively with Apple computer users to create an optimal work environment, and most work can be done remotely. If a customer has trouble with an Apple computer, network, or another technology issue, it is easy for King IT to log in remotely and fix the problem as soon as possible. Customers don’t need to wait until a technician can make it to their place of business—remote support can be done at any time.
Another benefit of remote support is that I can perform routine maintenance while your business is closed. I don’t need to be there in person to make sure all systems are running correctly. Remote support gives customers the ability to receive IT support outside of regular business hours so it doesn’t disrupt the flow of the workday.
